We pride ourselves on our after-care services, we will rectify any problems that may be experienced during the student’s course Duration, and expert advice is available by telephone or email support.
Products supplied by ourselves are fully guaranteed and we also offer extended on-site warranties and insurance cover upon request.
Our engineers are constantly researching and testing hardware and software for compatibility issues that may arise, as to minimise problems occurring for the student.
Prior to delivery of equipment all software is installed and activated with the latest updates available downloaded and installed to insure the system is fully functional upon delivery; a typical install consists of setting equipment and peripherals up in the students desired location.
Once the equipment is installed and in place, the engineer will then show the student key features i.e. checking ink levels, calibrating the printer and an overview of the computer operating controls.
